Our History
In 1986, following his dermatology residency at Stanford University Medical Center and fellowship in dermatologic surgery at Duke University Medical Center, Dr. Rick Noodleman began his practice in Los Gatos with Dr. David Harris. In 2002 co-Medical Director and preventive medicine physician Dr. Arlene Noodleman joined Age Defy. For more than 23 years Dr. Noodleman and his Staff have provided aesthetic services, cosmetic surgery, medical dermatology and Revercel® skin care products to our community. Age Defy also now provides patients with integrative health services. Our patients come to us from the South Bay, all of Northern California and beyond. We often care for patients from other states and from countries around the world.

Our name, Age Defy Dermatology and Wellness, expresses what we do: provide a wide range of skin and body care services designed to turn back the clock and promote a healthy lifestyle. While we cannot reverse the aging process, we can do everything possible to minimize its effects with patient-friendly, minimal or no "downtime" services and integrative care. Our medical center offers a full range of medical, cosmetic and integrative health services. Our name reflects a breakthrough strategy in skin care and wellness to prevent, modify and even reverse the changes that time brings. For decades, dermatologists have known how damaging the sun’s rays can be to the skin. Recent scientific findings demonstrate that stress can also have a significant, negative impact on skin quality.
