Dear Dr. Noodleman,

I would like to take the time to tell you about my experience with your office.  I have just completed having laser resurfacing, and I must say your staff has been outstanding.  Every step of the way I was met with such personal care, that I felt as if I was the only patient they were treating.  I never felt rushed or that my questions were unfounded, I was always met with a smile and a genuine interest in me.  My father is a retired oral surgeon and I remember him on the phone with his patients checking on them following surgery, in the evening and on many weekends.  He'd care for them as people first and then as patients.

I didn't realize how far our medical system had fallen away from this concept.  It has happened so subtly that I didn't feel the impact until now.  Your office treats people the way medicine used to be practiced.  Going out of your way to make patients comfortable was the norm, not the exception.  Thank you for having such high standards in your office.  It has been a pleasure being taken care by your staff.  What a great team of people you have.
